Service Policies 

Refund Policy:

All services, packages and gift certificates are Non-Refundable. All sales are final.

  Cancellation Policy:

At Colorado Mountain Day Spa, each appointment is thoughtfully prepared in advance to ensure the highest level of service. When an appointment is canceled without adequate notice, it limits our ability to accommodate another client.

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. 

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, missed appointments, or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. 

We understand that unexpected situations may arise and appreciate your courtesy and understanding of our time and policies.

No-Show Policy:

Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service amount and may be required to prepay for future bookings.

Payment Policy:

Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted forms of payment include all major credit/debit cards, cash and some cash apps depending on your provider preference. Gratuity is not required but always appreciated.
